yea... our new house is almost ready
we can be move in very soon
one year n one year postpone
follow the contract need 2 years to completely built
ok, 2 years gone
then wait for designer design our house
i dun know how much time spend on it
then need wait for fitting-out work
the workers said 2013 before Chinese new year can complete their job
actually , we are so exciting when we get to know we want to moving in soon
we went to visit all,home expo, furniture expo (dun know why that time has so many expo)
we discuss what we want to put in our new house
however, by these waiting waiting n waiting
our neck all become looooooooooooong
also haven't finish
now, we all no mood at all, even feel very annoying
because of the not profession designer
every detail also not nice
i dun know how he graduated
n nothing special of he design as well
what the design had decide to give us , the material all cheap cheap one
but he charge much more higher
very unreasonable price
so , next time if i have a chance to buy a house
i think i won't need a designer
and i will make a contract with the fitting-out work company
require them complete on time , if not, compensation is needed to pay for us
we just forgot to do this part , because he is papa's friend
we thought no need a contract,can trust them tiam
